Lloyds Real Estate Online Auctions

Lloyds Auctions offers the most life-like online real estate auctions for commercial and residential property sales in Australia.

Property auctions start at just $1, creating a huge amount of interest and bidding activity. As bidding comes to a close, our auction timer is extended with every additional bid ensuring that the maximum price is achieved as it would be at a live onsite auction. In the event a vendor wishes to accept an early bid, the Lloyds “gazump-free” guarantee means that all bidders will be notified and provided an opportunity to increase their maximum bid before the auction concludes.

Lloyds Auctions accept all forms of payment, including cryptocurrency, challenging the traditional real estate model and opening our platform to a wider audience than traditional methods of sale.

COVID restrictions and lockdowns have not affected the online auction model provided by Lloyds. High quality photographs, video and walkthroughs offer buyers across the country an intimate understanding of properties for sale – even when inspections are unable to be physically conducted.

Realestate joins a long list of verticals in which Lloyds have sold millions of items, including art, classic cars, diamonds, NFT’s and earthmoving machinery.

The Lloyds Auctions platform offers a combination of live on-site bidding, online bidding, phone bidding and absentee bidding that all simultaneously combine to create the same live auction experience, and for bidders unable to attend physically Lloyds regularly live stream a multi-camera simulcast production to a worldwide audience.

“The use of cryptocurrency as a payment method is becoming more commonly used for purchases as confidence surrounding cryptocurrency gets stronger. This opens up our platform to a whole new audience who otherwise might not have been interested in purchasing property,” said Lee Hames, Chief Operating Officer for Lloyds Auctioneers and Valuers.
